Yes, if you have a preference for a specific caregiver, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, based on availability.

If your assigned caregiver is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute to ensure that care continues without interruption.

We conduct regular performance reviews, monitor care outcomes, and maintain continuous communication with both caregivers and patients. Additionally, we ensure that all caregivers are fully vetted and trained.

We offer flexible scheduling, including 24/7 care. If you require services outside our regular hours, please reach out, and we’ll work to accommodate your needs.

Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations. If less notice is given, you may incur a cancellation fee.

We comply with all HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Our caregivers and staff are trained to protect personal and medical details.

Allure’s  Home Care professionals care for clients in all five boroughs of New York City as well as in Westchester County.

We work in homes, hospitals, and other types of care facilities. We also work with international clients who are traveling to New York and require care in a hotel or long-term-stay setting.

The cost of care will depend on a number of factors, e.i skilled care vs non-skilled care, amount of hours requested, live in care vs hourly. Rates are discussed during the initial consultation

Our nurses and aides go through a rigorous hiring and onboarding process. This includes interviews, background checks, reference checks, confirmation of credentials, special trainings, and in-services.
